No additional fees are expected for UK customers. Our prices already include import duties and VAT for

Blind boxes are packed and sealed by the manufacturer, which means we cannot see or choose which
character is inside. This is what makes blind boxes fun, and also ensures fairness for all collectors.
What is your return policy for this product?
You can return unopened blind boxes within 30 days after delivery. Please contact us before sending
anything back so we can provide the correct return address and instructions. Once we receive and check
the items, we will refund the product price.
What happens if my parcel arrives damaged?
If your parcel or product arrives damaged, take clear photos of the packaging and the item and contact
us within 7 days of delivery. Depending on the situation we will offer a replacement or a refund.
